While I had originally speculated that drugs, alcohol or perhaps drowsing driving could have contributed to the automobile accident that claimed four lives at 3:00 am Sunday morning, it turns out that Alabama Police were chasing the vehicle driven by Terrance Walker when he flew through a stop sign and struck an SUV killing all three aboard the other vehicle as well as himself.

According to www.AL.com, Sgt. Steve Jarrett of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said Madison police and Limestone County deputies were chasing a 2002 GMC Yukon driven by 40-year-old Terrance Walker of Huntsville early Sunday. Alabama State Troopers investigating the wreck say the Yukon ran a stop sign on U.S. 72 about a mile out of Huntsville when it crashed into a 2005 Ford Focus. Both drivers were killed, as were the two passengers in the Ford.
