Worker Killed Working Fast Food

Worker died after being injured at a fast food restaurant. Client treated by local hospital that fialed to properly diagnose his condition and allowed him to leave the hospital. Client died shortly after leaving the hospital. Our office represented the victim’s children in a workers’ compensation death case.  Case settled for maximum worker’s compensation available under Alabama law.
