Whenever a person dies of unnatural causes such as being a passenger in an automobile accident where the car’s occupants are killed, it is logical to suspect that negligence was involved. Irregardless of the circumstances of the accident or what may have led to the accident, the passenger in a vehicle may have a case for a wrongful death against the driver of the vehicle and the vehicle’s insurance company.
