Our firm recently settled a workers compensation death case in Dekalb County, Alabama. Worker was injured at a fast food restaurant. The following week he was rushed to the hospital with an infection. After a short stay at the hospital, he was released and died minutes later of a blood clot at his home. We are also investigating a wrongful death case against the hospital.
